Cyle Zezo is the Founder & President of Reality of Change, an organization dedicated to advancing sustainability in unscripted entertainment. In 2023, he created the ABCs of Climate Storytelling, a sustainability narrative framework, and has since developed a broad suite of tools supporting on-screen storytelling and sustainable production. In 2024, he collaborated with the global environmental non-profit Rare and 30 major studios and production companies to develop The Greener Reality Pledge, a first-of-its-kind sustainability roadmap for the unscripted sector. In 2025, Realscreen named him to its Factual Under 40 for his environmental leadership in the unscripted industry. He has also independently consulted on more than 25 unscripted series, has executive-produced Penn & Teller: Fool Us, Mysteries Decoded, and Recipe for Disaster, and previously served as Head of Alternative Programming at The CW Network.
As a member of Better Food Foundation’s Board of Advisors, Cyle brings his climate storytelling expertise to the work of making plant-forward food the on-screen norm.
