A recent study at Stanford University found that a 25% reduction in meat portion size showed a promising trend of decreased meat consumption—18% less meat served—but a more drastic 50% reduction didn’t move the needle and reduced diner satisfaction.

Peet’s & 7 Brew Drops the Plant Milk Tax

7 Brew has become the latest U.S. coffee chain to scrap the plant-milk surcharge across its coffee shops. They follow U.S. coffee shop leaders Starbucks, Dunkin’, Dutch Bros, Peet’s, and Scooter’s Coffee, which have all removed the plant milk surcharges within the last six months.
