Rob Morasco is a seasoned leader in the food industry, bringing over 40 years of expertise across culinary innovation, supply chain management, consumer insights, and project management. As the owner of Fork & Future Consulting LLC, Rob is recognized for his ability to create authentically inspired food experiences and drive strategic solutions that meet evolving customer needs.
Rob’s career began with Hilton Hotels, followed by seven years at the Kennedy Center. In 1997, he joined Sodexo at the University of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg, VA. Over the course of 17 years, Rob advanced through various roles, including District Chef, Area Chef, Director of Culinary for the Segment, and Senior Director of Offer Development.
He then led Culinary and Offer Development for Sodexo’s North American business for seven years before returning to the Campus Segment in 2021. In his most recent role, Rob led efforts to drive innovation and achieve tangible results for operators, clients, and customers.
Rob strives to gain a better understanding of customers’ wants and needs as they relate to food. That discussion almost always involves conversations about sustainability, plant-based eating, and memorable dining experiences.
On the personal side, Rob enjoys spending time with his family (preferably at the beach), decorating for the holidays, and sunny days on his motorcycle.
